CRA is NOT the way
Stop the uninvited development of our waterfront and ajoining residential areas.
A Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will have power for the next 40 years. Stop the expected give away of public and the seizure of private property to be sold to developers in the name of public good; when the underlying goal is simply to increase the tax base. Your signature is a demand to your Commisioners/CRA Board to give up CRA funding for other funding sources, such as grants (and other funding listed in the Ivey report) to develop public 'green space', not intrastructure for developers.
